Vetting candidates for your construction project
Our experienced contracts managers review multiple candidates for each role, ensuring we put forward only those with the appropriate attitude, qualifications, certifications and experience for your project. Candidates are reviewed as follows:
- Review CVs and filter appropriate candidates
- Request proof of eligibility to work in the UK and qualification certificates
- Phone interview and reference request
- Face‐to‐face interview
- Reference check
Only once we are happy that your and our own criteria have been met will candidates be placed on your site with the correct PPE and tools.
Performance and quality monitoring
LLS Logistics’ contract managers will performance manage any personnel we place on your site. Contracts managers can regularly meet with your on‐site Project Manager to review performance. We also expect our contracts managers to meet our workers to review their progress with them directly. These meetings ensure issues and changes are addressed quickly and with minimal disruption to you and your project.
