SOFT STRIP OUT

This phase of a construction project often needs to happen before the refurbishment or demolition of a building, taking out all the non-structural elements, inside and outside, and leaving just a frame. It might involve removing internal cladding, tiles, floor coverings, fixtures and fittings and equipment.

Our experienced team will develop a soft strip out plan for your project to address both safety and environmental concerns and timelines.

We provide comprehensive risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) before commencing work, then closely oversee adherence to health and safety standards throughout the strip out. Should any hazardous materials be found, we can dispose of them safely and in accordance with guidelines.
